Japanese Shipwreck

Amed’s Japanese Shipwreck is often overlooked and yet it’s so magical!

Once upon a time, there was a Japanese fishing boat that sunk not far from the shore of Amed. No one knows how it got there, but today it’s an absolute joy for snorkelers and divers alike. As far as divers are concerned, this shipwreck gives them the opportunity to discover multi-colored corals while observing a quite impressive macro-fauna: nudibranchs, leaffish, scorpionfish, crabs, and pygmy seahorses, just to name a few.
