Crystal Bommie

Crystal Bommie is both a healthy coral haven and a high-speed hunting range between Giant Trevallies and fusiliers! The current pushes from the outside deep channels onto the main coral pinnacle, around which you'll finish your dive. Start from afar and head deep so as to see the reef sharks, tunas and trevallies relentlessly hunting down the plankton feeders in the water column. It's also the best place to drift by big stingrays and observe groupers and Napoleons scouting for a meal!

Once you get to the main pinnacle, check out the immaculate and healthy coral, the flora and the invertebrates. A lot of camouflaged and hidden marine life are now permanent resident around it, like scorpion and crocodile fish but also pigmy seahorses, flat worms or baby reef sharks!

A great dive to do early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Ask your guide for the best time of the day and the tides to dive it!
