The Boduhithi Thila dive site is located on the edge of the North Male Atoll in the Maldives. It consists of a very large sec (thila) between 6 and 25 meters deep. Partially covered with sand, It also shelters a coral formation.
The site begins on a rich sandy slope, where schools of lute, fusiliers and many eagle rays circulate. With a bit of luck, grey reef sharks can be seen. At the top of the pinnacle you can find pretty friendly turtles, many napoleons, octopuses and different species of moray eels.
Deeper down, tropical fish, nudibranchs and shrimps lurk in the darkness.
