Cancellation Policies

Tribloo offers its partners (dive centers) a choice of 3 types of cancellation policies : Flexible, Moderate or Strict. These policies are displayed in the page of each partner that authorizes online payment on Tribloo.com website; for these partners, the cancellation policy is also mentioned for acceptance by the customer at the time of booking. These conditions only apply to bookings paid directly on tribloo.com website.

Flexible: Full refund up to 3 days before the start date of the service , minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking 3 days or more before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be reimbursed at 100% minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking between 2 and 2 days before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be refunded 50 %.

From 1 days before the scheduled start date of the service, no refund will be possible.

To cancel your reservation, you will need to log into your tribloo.com account using the link provided in your reservation notification emails or by using the following link: https://www.tribloo.com/en/login.html The time stamp of your cancellation on tribloo.com will determine the possible refund amount.

Moderate: Full refund up to 11 days before the start date of the service, minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking 11 days or more before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be reimbursed at 100% minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking between 10 and 5 days before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be refunded 50 %.

From 4 days before the scheduled start date of the service, no refund will be possible.

Stricte: Full refund up to 31 days before the start date of the service, minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking 31 days or more before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be reimbursed at 100% minus a fee of 3 %.

If you cancel your booking between 30 and 11 days before the scheduled start date of the service,
you will automatically be refunded 50 %.

From 10 days before the scheduled start date of the service, no refund will be possible.
